Jon Ezrine brings a great mix of enthusiasm, drive, and operational focus to Assurance. Jon has a strong track record of leadership in high-growth software and managed services companies including roles as the COO of Nexidia, a customer service analytics software company, and as the CFO of Witness Systems, a customer service software business which successfully went public during Jon’s tenure. Jon has managed companies through multiple stages from startup through IPO and acquisition. Jon enjoys a number of outdoor pursuits including backpacking, skiing and cycling. He and his wife have two adult children.
Jim Corr brings an Accounting degree from Notre Dame and over 25 years of financial management experience to Assurance. Since launching his career with Ernst & Young where he earned his CPA license, he’s mastered the prowess of guiding technology companies through periods of growth and change. He demonstrated this expertise with businesses such as, Albridge Solutions, where he led the company from pre-revenue through two acquisitions. Jim also sports 25 years of marriage experience that includes breeding 3 sons for a ready-made golf four-some. With an air of Clark Kent and holding the number nine spot in an eleven-sibling lineup, Jim values integrity, hard work and humor.
Charles founded ClearView after a wide and varied career in the NatWest Banking Group, during which time he led a number of major UK businesses, including the fast-growing Private Banking telephone operation in Yorkshire, the NatWest retail branch network in Surrey, and NatWest's Car Insurance Operation in Bristol. Upon the merger with Assurance Software in 2019, he has taken ownership of the international operations and global strategy for the combined Group. He has particular experience in developing new technology operations. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Graduate of the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
Gary grants Assurance Software Inc. 25 years of expertise in developing software solutions that drive customers' businesses forward. Since leading the development of the Assurance Software platform from its inception in 2012, he has committed his energy to providing business continuity and disaster recovery professionals with tools to protect their business and customer interests. He compliments his Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) certification with DRI with a BSE in Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan and an MSE in Computer and Information Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. Though Gary is an analyzer at heart, he does employ his Spidey-sense from time to time when helping our customers create stronger, safer, and highly prepared businesses. Additionally, Gary sits on the board of the University of Michigan Alumni Club of Philadelphia.
Michele is a rocket scientist – literally. She started with Assurance Software in early 2018, bringing 25 years of experience to the Assurance product team. She brings product management experience from Oracle, IBM Smarter Workforce and Flexential. Her past products include security and DR services, assessment platforms, human resource systems and cloud hosting. Michele leverages this experience to design and create innovative solutions that help customers build and maintain world class business continuity and DR programs. Michele has two children that keep her busy in her personal time with band, jazz concerts and robotics tournaments. Her motherly instincts also come in handy in the office, helping guide and grow the younger members of the Assurance team. She holds a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from MIT.
Ian was appointed COO for ClearView in January 2016, having previously worked with the company since 2007. Ian has provided the intellectual capital and conceptual design for ClearView, based on his experience working in business continuity; experience gained over nearly 30 years. During his career, in addition to providing independent continuity consulting and programme management services to global clients, he has held both board and senior management roles within continuity service providers and operational responsibility for continuity within organizations; and brings a wealth of knowledge from these opposite viewpoints.
Mike leads the Assurance Advisory Services team. During his more than 26 years of business continuity management, disaster recovery and enterprise risk management experience, he has mentored clients and helped them solve their program needs. Mike has worked extensively with clients throughout the world on their BCM programs, including their underlying incident management and crisis management programs.
Prior to joining Assurance, Mike was the Business Continuity and Disaster Readiness executive for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where he managed the enterprise business continuity, incident and crisis management programs. He also was the business continuity leader for their cyber incident response program.
He has held senior level practice management and consulting roles with RSM, Brocade Communications, Strohl Systems and Iron Mountain. He is an active member of Continuity Insights Magazine’s Editorial Advisory Board and an adjunct professor at Boston University teaching BCM and ERM at a master’s level.
He enjoys spending time with his family and on the water fishing.

In this role, Scott has oversight of the Customer Success and Professional Services team as well as our award winning Customer Support organization. During his 10+ year tenure with the company, he has made significant contributions to our industry-leading innovation, moving our software solutions and services forward, collaborating with both our customer community and our internal teams to ensure we are satisfying evolving requirements of the industry. As the spectrum of risks expands, placing increasing pressure on business continuity professionals and their programs, Scott and his teams help to ensure that Assurance is always a step ahead, serving as our customers’ go-to partner for assistance with their most challenging BC needs. He holds several industry certifications including CBCV, ABCP and ACP. If you happen to catch Scott outside of the office or a business function, he most likely will have a golf club in his hands working towards a single digit handicap. When his rounds don’t score as low as he expects, he is reminded by his wife Dayna and their 2 Guinea Pigs, 3 Pugs and Yorkie-Poo that placing value in a golf score is not as fruitful as living by faith and a genuine desire to help others.
As Assurance Software Inc.’s Sales Leader, Kevin coaches his team to be the best they can be to help customers solve problems and focus on adding real business value. He elevates Assurance’s efforts with 30 years of leading software, SaaS, and Managed Services/Professional Services teams for cutting-edge providers such as Sphera Solutions, SciQuest, and ARAMARK. In addition to his sales leadership roles, Kevin captured a BS in Marketing from LaSalle University and MBA in Management Information Sciences from Drexel University. Armed with a Deadpool superhero soul and a do-it-your-selfer toolbox, Kevin also champions the causes of several charitable foundations. And when the day is done and he’s shed both his business suit and his super suit, you’ll probably find his smart-aleck yet humble self, sitting on the water with a fishing rod.
Jon joined ClearView in April 2013. He previously led teams delivering client services, consultancy, training and customer service in both the UK and USA. In 2009, Jon gained an MSc in Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management from Leicester University. Prior to specialising in this field, and since gaining a BA (Hons) Degree in Applied Social Science, Jon has worked for several leading training providers; encouraging organizational learning through the training and development of teams and individuals in a range of management subjects.
