BC Advisory Board

Customer Advisory Board

The Assurance Customer Advisory Board (CAB) consists of senior BC industry experts representing a broad range of industries.  They provide guidance, recommendations and feedback on Assurance software and services from a customer perspective.

The CAB is complementary to broader customer forums (see below), providing views and advice from the perspectives of senior BC professionals who have significant experience in both BC software and services, and also the overall BC industry. 

Customer Events

Surge Global and Surge Local events create unique learning and networking opportunities for all Assurance customers. 

The annual Surge Global event brings customers, industry leaders and Assurance associates together for three days of learning, sharing of best practices, design sessions and product roadmap discussions.

The combination of presentations, opportunities to work with the Assurance team on development, and networking was outstanding.

The Surge Local events provide similar learning opportunities, condensed into a one-day agenda, in convenient local settings.  In the theme of regional user group meetings, Surge Local events provide unique opportunities for customers to connect regionally with other Assurance users to share and discuss programs and industry trends, while also hearing directly from Assurance staff regarding software updates and services.

Voice of the Customer

Voice of the Customer Program

The Assurance Voice of the Customer (VOC) program is the most advanced of its kind in the industry. During the last 12 months, our VOC program hosted design sessions with nearly 200 individual participants. 

These sessions identify evolving business requirements and provide our customers with early looks at design concepts and prototypes intended to address these requirements. Through this extensive and ongoing customer feedback, the Assurance VOC program results in finished products that meet the exacting needs of each customer.
